Depending on the required level of emission control, the Waste Smoke Eliminator can be configured in three distinct variants: a water-based condensation washer, an electric catalyst, or a high-temperature gas burner. These options provide scalable solutions for smoke filtration and the destruction of harmful substances emitted from thermal processing chambers.
Emission Reduction Options
- Smoke Condensation Washer (Basic): Waste smoke is sprayed with water via an intensive internal shower, removing a significant portion of solid and gaseous contaminants.
- Electric Catalyst (Intermediate): Smoke passes through catalytic pads heated to over 400?�C, breaking down harmful compounds through thermal oxidation.
