Product Description
The Mauting Micro Processor Control System is a powerful and flexible automation solution designed for precise control of food processing equipment, including smokehouses, cooking and baking chambers, chilling units, defrosting systems, and boiling kettles. It enables operators to monitor and regulate key process variables such as temperature, humidity, steam, and cooling levels�ensuring reliable and consistent product quality.
Available in multiple control unit versions�including the M2015, M2016 (touchscreen), and a fully programmable PLC with touchscreen�the system supports up to 99 programs with 20 programmable phases each. Real-time data on chamber and core temperature, humidity, and program steps is displayed for operator visibility.
Optional connectivity via RS232, LAN, Ethernet or Internet allows for remote control, fault management, and full data backup. Software extensions enable data logging, thermal processing history, report generation, and program editing for smoking, cooking, and intensive chilling processes.

Control System Features

- Displays actual vs required values, current step name, and remaining phase time.
- Stores up to 99 programs, each with 20 steps, accessible via touchscreen or keypad.
- Provides real-time monitoring of chamber, product core, and generator temperatures.

Data Logging Software
The program is divided into two components:
